Cape Enrage offers one of the most spectacular views of the natural phenomenon from its towering cliffs, and has been a light station and fog alarm since 1838; the current light tower is over 140 years old.

A great visit! The views are spectacular. We searched for fossils and found quite a few. Of course we left them there. The restaurant is also VERY good and we enjoyed our meal.Full review by ddallas1969
Hi, If I want to take pictures of the lighthouse just before sunrise, what are my options? I'm ok to pay any fee, I just need access to it before the sun is very bright.

Hello, The roads are paved, two lane and twisting. Twice I preventively honked my horn (in my Chrysler 300) on an oncoming blind turn. There were others on their bikes and I believe they enjoyed the ride as it is a lovely drive. Have a great time. Please call ahead if you're planning on eating there because I'm not sure of their seasons.
