Not sure of the number but they're broken up pretty well (only a few at a time). I'm 48 and totally out of shape but I remember the worst part was the last ones leaving the cave.
Just a small snack stand on sight but not to far away you can find places to eat. We headed back into Tuscan , but you can find a cool 50’s diner not to far away. Check Trip Advisor.
How tight are the squeezes for the ladder tour? I’m 200+ lbs and want to do that tour, but want to make sure I’ll fit before I book.

I didn't do the ladder tour - but you should just call and ask them. They want to make sure participants on their tours are comfortable, so I'm sure they would tell you.
