A direct answer to your question is, I don't know if there is a sale of reserved parking spaces for your event. I have never known there to be reserved parking for the general public. It would seem to me that there is not need as there is a large nice maintained and operated multi-story garage directly next to the Center. Over the years we have never had a problem with parking. However if your event is a huge sell-out you may want to arrive early for a closer-in spot in the garage. There are close by restaurants and bars if needed.
