It all depends on how interested you are in history in general. The film on Magna Carta isn’t long and worth watching. It’s worth downloading the audio guide for the ramparts. It slows down your walking but it makes it more interesting and you can quickly walk it again if you want which we did. The Victorian prison is interesting and some of the interactive features weren’t available when we visited due to Covid restrictions. We stopped for a coffee in middle of our visit and it took us just over the 3 hours.
