There was when I visited a year ago. (Why do readers post no-help answers like "there should be"??) By the way, when you write "luggage", it makes me think that you might want to check suitcases or large backpacks. You might call ahead about that. The check room was pretty small.

Head West on Ave Juarez ((Alameda Central Park will be on your right side). 3. Go up Ave Juarez 3 blocks. 4. Turn left on Revillagigado and go up 1 block. 5.
