I believe the museum is handicap accessible, but I am not 100% sure. The aisles are certainly wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and there is an elevator to take you to the second floor. I can't remember the cost exactly because we went to a few museums and attractions. If I remember correctly, it was $7.00 and $6.00 for seniors. To be sure, call them at (563) 875-2727.
Being a public facility, I would think it's handicap accessible. I tried getting discounts for our group with little success. It was still worth the admission!
