I have bought tickets for the Foreshore concert here in November 2016. Whats a nice close park for us to stay in if we decide to bring our campervan up, otherwise some nice accomodation walking distance to stay in on the beach.

There are a number of hotels depending on your budget - most already mentioned - also look at Quest or some nice short stays around Cooks Hill giving you walking access to eat street Darby Street snd the Foreshore
