Quite poor and inflexible customer service. Get an Uber, Lyft, or Black Tie instead. They really take advantage of the fact that there aren't many cab outlets in Napa Valley. Full review by jlmagic2000

Some of their drivers are great. One of them is rude and doesn’t wear a mask, even when politely asked. Avoid this company if you value your health and safety.Full review by MCatto
