This is one of the best waterfalls I have been to. You can go behind it. You will get wet but not badly. Go up the left side if you are going behind. Full review by GoPlaces648973

I am not entirely sure there are any restrictions to hours at the waterfall. In general most sites are visit at your own risk. I think it would be dangerous to visit if too close or after sunset; slippery and you will get wet if you want to walk behind.
