Sorry but i won't be able to answer the question since i used ttt for for their transport and tour guide services only. good luck. from the instruction, you should receive a voucher via email, which is to be exchanged for the real card once you arrive at the airport. good luck. "Use the booking form on the left to buy the Lisboa Card. Once your purchase is confirmed (usually within minutes) you will receive an email voucher that can be exchanged for your very own Lisboa Card once you hit the city. Exchange offices are located at the Lisboa Welcome Center, Foz Palace and of course Lisboa Airport."
