The video was released by supporters of Richard Allen, convicted of killing Abigail “Abby” Williams and Liberty “Libby” German in 2017.

In video never before seen outside the courtroom, a man purported to be convicted murderer Richard Allen is seen approaching the teen victims before infamously saying, "Down the hill."
