Wildfire smoke from Canada will bring hazy skies and diminished air quality to Northeast Ohio starting on Tuesday.

Many studies have shown how reduced air quality can compare to smoking cigarettes. Moderate air quality currently is like smoking one cigarette per day.

Environment Canada's air quality index has reported moderate to high risk since Saturday morning in Calgary, as many parts of the country struggle with the effects of wildfire smoke.
