Accusing Harvard University of allowing antisemitism to fester on its campus, the Trump administration announced Monday it is reviewing nearly $9 billion in federal grants and hundreds of millions in contracts awarded to the elite school.
Harvard University has been under pressure by the Trump administration to follow directives related to diversity and combating antisemitism.
Last summer, the Harvard School of Public Health launched an internal review into the partnership, which was between the François-Xavier Bagnoud Center for Health and Human Rights (FXB) and Birzeit, and decided to pause the program. The review committee will release a final report in the coming weeks.
