Texas July 4 flood survivors who didn't have insurance are relying on scores of volunteer labor for debris removal and remediation.
Benjamin Song was found and arrested in Johnson County Tuesday after an 11-day search. The Johnson County Sheriff's Office said Song was being booked into the Johnson County Jail Tuesday night.
A large percentage of people still unaccounted for were probably visiting the area, Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly said.

A Flash Flood Warning is in place this morning (July 15) for parts of Kerr, Bandera, Gillespie, Real and Uvalde counties.
