The road to the Final Four for the 2025 women's NCAA Tournament has reached its conclusion. Eight teams will compete in the Elite Eight on Sunday and Monday for four spots in the Final Four next weekend.

And in the late game, No. 1 USC is as an underdog against No. 2 UConn, led by star guard Paige Bueckers. The Trojans, despite losing star JuJu Watkins to a season-ending injury earlier in the tournament, managed to survive their Sweet 16 matchup against Kansas State. But UConn will provide a much stiffer test.

The tourney’s overall 1 seed, UCLA, knocked off LSU 72-65 to advance to its first women’s Final Four behind another big game by Lauren Betts. The 6-foot-7 All-American had 17 points, seven rebounds and six blocked shots despite sitting out the second quarter.
