Ron DeSantis approved an austere spending plan on the last day of the fiscal year Monday under $115 billion, one that is less than the current budget yet still delivers almost $1 billion in tax savings for Florida businesses. DeSantis said he vetoed nearly $600 million worth of items approved by the Legislature.
