Severe weather is likely today across Southeast Texas with thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds, hail and heavy rainfall.

Even more rain is on its way to the area with severe thunderstorm watches and warnings in effect for Erie, Crawford and Venango Counties, along with Ashtabula County, Ohio. The severe thunderstorm warnings are in place for NWPA counties until 4:45 p.

A severe thunderstorm warning was released by the NWS Raleigh NC on Friday at 5:21 p.m. in effect until 6 p.m. for Scotland County.
