A bull leaped over the barriers towards the crowd during the first bullfight of the 2025 Anniversary Fair in Mexico City on Jan. 19, ABC News reported.
The City Commission voted 5-0 on Tuesday to approve allocating $372,416 in Public Safety Sales Tax revenue to acquire the vehicle barrier system for use at events this year and into the future.
