Meta announced on Thursday that it's now accepting sign ups for its Community Notes program on Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.

Last month, Meta announced that it was ditching its third-party fact checkers in favor of X-style community notes on its social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. Meta will officially roll out the feature in a few months, but you can join the waitlist now to be among the first community notes editors.

As spotted by Engadget, Meta’s community notes website has links to sign up for waitlists for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. Meta plans to phase in community notes “over the next few months,” according to the website.
