As Christians, we move on this week-long journey to recall the story of Jesus, who taught about beauty and love, who challenged us to live lives of justice and peace, who was light himself.

I believe that Jesus is pleased with many of the ways in which we remember and celebrate his birth among us. No doubt, he is disappointed with all of the commercialization. We already know that.
