In two days, millions of Social Security recipients will receive their monthly retirement checks for February. Social Security beneficiaries who were born from the 1st through the 10th of his or her respective birth month will receive his or her regular monthly check for February from the Social Security Administration on Feb.

The date your February Social Security benefit arrives depends on what day of the month you were born. Payments follow the month they are due, so your February check is for January.

January 2025 is almost at an end, but the Social Security Administration still has to make a final batch of payments.
