A man is facing numerous charges after allegedly breaking into a home and stabbing two people, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.

The husband of a woman whose remains were discovered over three years after she was reported missing on Mother’s Day 2020 has arrived in Colorado to face a first-degree murder charge in her death for a second time.

The pair who were arrested – a 22-year-old man and a woman of 48 – remain in custody for questioning. Det Insp Paul Drury, from Telford CID, said officers were continuing to make inquiries and urged anyone with information to come forward.
