The NWS Raleigh NC released a flood advisory at 7:23 p.m. on Monday in effect until 9:15 p.m. for Durham County.

The National Weather Service issued an updated flood warning at 5:59 a.m. on Tuesday in effect until 7:15 a.m. for Middlesex and Somerset counties.

On Tuesday at 2:39 a.m. the NWS Raleigh NC issued an updated flood advisory in effect until 3:15 a.m. The advisory is for Davidson, Forsyth and Guilford counties.

New Orleans and the surrounding area were placed under a flood advisory Monday afternoon by the National Weather Service as the region dealt with heavy rain that left thousands without power. 6,958 customers were without power in New Orleans, according to Entergy's outage map. The outages were largely in the Uptown/Carrollton areas.

On Tuesday at 6:37 a.m. the NWS Raleigh NC released a flash flood warning in effect until 8:30 a.m. The warning is for Chatham, Durham and Wake counties.

Flood warnings have also been issued along the Frio River, which is "forecast to reach major flood stage" on July 14

On Monday at 8:28 a.m. the NWS Fort Worth TX issued a flood warning in effect until 10:15 a.m. The warning is for Johnson, Bosque, Hamilton, Hill and Somervell counties.
