Ahead of the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro launch, we have more of an idea on Google's pricing strategy. It looks both familiar and aggressive.
We're a little over a month away from the expected launch date of the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Fold. Google makes some of the best Android phones on the market, so the latest Pixel launch is a very big deal. As per the norm, the rumor mill has been circulating, with leaks and rumors ramping up as the time draws near.
The Google Pixel 9 Pro XL was one of my favourite smartphones of 2024, thanks to its cost-effective performance at the higher end of the flagship smartphone range, while undercutting both the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and the iPhone 16 Pro Max on price.
The report claims Google is reducing the size of these bezels, allowing for a larger front display – and hopefully one which doesn’t eat into the corners quite as much. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will apparently also benefit from a smaller hinge, which could help reduce the overall size and weight of the device.

Charging speeds are set to jump to 23W wired and 15W Qi2 wireless charging speeds. Naturally the whole thing will be powered by the 3nm Tensor G5 chipset. Top that off with 16GB of RAM, and a choice of 265GB, 512GB or 1TB storage options.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max, Galaxy S26 Ultra, and Google Pixel 10 Pro XL are all set to launch soon, signaling an exciting wave of next-gen flagship smartphones.
