Surveillance video showed the man drinking alcohol and stumbling inside the Buffalo Wild Wings before the wrong way head-on crash, according to the complaint.

According to a Minnesota State Patrol incident report, a Toyota Tundra driven by a 28-year-old man was going in the wrong direction in the southbound lane when it crashed into a Jeep Compass. The Jeep's driver has been identified as a 43-year-old woman from Ennis, Texas. Her identity is expected to be released later Sunday.

Christopher Pink was arrested on suspicion of negligent homicide for the crash that killed Jennifer Watson, of Ennis, Texas.
