The Washington Wizards, Brooklyn Nets and New Orleans Pelicans are all "interested" in moving up to select Rutgers star Ace Bailey in the 2025 NBA draft, according to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Joe Dumars did not let luck box him and the New Orleans Pelicans in as the 2025 NBA Draft approaches. Last month, the Pelicans fell to seventh in the draft order after having the fifth-best odds before the lottery.

The New Orleans Pelicans had one pick in this year’s draft. The Pelicans, who already owned the No. 7 overall selection in the draft, now own the No. 23 pick. The Pelicans acquired the extra pick in a trade Tuesday with the Indiana Pacers, according to an ESPN report.
