ANN ARBOR, MI -- A man who jumped into a pond to evade police has taken a plea deal. Miguel Angel Aparicio-Navas, 38, pleaded no contest to one count of assault with intent to commit sexual penetration before Washtenaw County Trial Court Judge Arianne Slay on May 1.
