Waldron was let go by the Bears, and reports swirled that the ex-Bears OC did not go over film with rookie quarterback Caleb Williams this past season. Now, Waldron is joining the Jaguars staff, and fans couldn't help but feel sorry for quarterback Trevor Lawrence and the franchise in Jacksonville.
Lost in the Jaguars' many changes this offseason is the team's one-year absence from EverBank in 2027 after they play with a reduced capacity in 2026 (43,500). It's either going to be Orlando or Gainesville, which will be weird. Cue jokes about the I-4 eyesore or Shrek's swamp.
The Jaguars have the No. 5 pick in the draft, which should provide immediate help for a struggling defense. Jacksonville has plenty of other questions to address, namely getting Trevor Lawrence back on the stardom path.
