Brown is tipping off his All-Star weekend with a massive announcement that has nothing to do with basketball: Oakland XChange and Oakstop have purchased a three-story building that they will transform into a state-of-the-art business incubator for underserved businesses and creatives.

The Celtics had been a little shorthanded during their recent winning streak. Although Brown was able to play in the All-Star Game, he had missed the previous two contests with Boston due to right knee swelling. Guard Jrue Holiday has also missed the last four games due to a shoulder issue.
