LaVar Ball, the CEO of Big Baller Brand and father of Bulls guard Lonzo Ball, has acknowledged reports that he recently had his right foot amputated. Appearing in a video posted to TikTok user Primby’s account,

For a guy who began the season with serious concerns about his surgically repaired left knee, Ball and the Bulls are feeling pretty good about where he's at.

For the past few seasons, Lonzo Ball's name has been mentioned in numerous trade talks for the Chicago Bulls. That all came to an end when the Bulls re-signed Lonzo Ball two a two-year, $20 million extension.

Ball has appeared in 30 games (nine starts) in 2024-25, averaging 7.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals in 21.6 minutes per game.

“Lonzo Ball said he’s happy to be re-signed, said everything about situation here made sense,” K.C. Johnson said in a post. “Team physician Brian Cole is based here. Said team stuck by him and believed in his return when many others doubted him. Reiterated how important it is to have Cole/rehab process in place.”
