Florida man, Marcus Rivera, faces charges including attempted murder after a New Year's Day shooting in Kissimmee.

A man in Osceola County was arrested after he was accused of attempted murder. Kissimmee police said Marcus Julio Rivera got into a fight with the victim on New Year’s Day. It happened around 2 a.m.
