THIS HAPPENED ON SATURDAY AT DEEP CREEK LAKE IN NORTHWESTERN MARYLAND. OFFICIALS THERE TELL US 58 YEAR OLD DAVID LINSENBIGLER WAS A PASSENGER ON A SIDE BY SIDE WHEN IT BROKE THROUGH THE ICE.
