Up to 88 possible cases of hand, foot and mouth disease or HFMD affecting schoolchildren are being monitored, according to the city health office.

The V.I. Health Department is monitoring an outbreak of Hand, Foot, and Mouth disease, with 46 cases reported at day cares and schools on St. Thomas as of Friday.
