As WCIA continues honoring Black History Month, one of the last members of a historic World War II team has died this week.
The last Pearl Harbor survivor from Fresno has died. ‘He exemplified that generation’
William Henry Pratt was 19 and served on the USS Nevada during the 1941 attack. His brother Basil Pratt was also on the ship and survived.
