A sliding athlete wins an Olympic medal in Lake Placid next winter, then is chauffeured down to New York for an award ceremony at Rockefeller Center a few days later with thousands of people there to cheer on both moments.

Its menu features a variety of brunch items, cocktails and coffee selections, including a dozen unique bloody marys! The menu is comprised of its own homemade foods, including rosemary sausage, benedict sauce and biscuits.

If Lake Placid is the site, it would be an obvious edge for American sliders since they know their home track better than anyone else.
