Sliders were featured on Google’s list of trending Super Bowl snacks. Chef Linda Paetz provided two recipes ideal for Super Bowl parties: Ham and Cheese Sliders and Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls.
Cut buns in half. Butter top and bottom of buns. Place bottom half of dinner rolls on buttered baking sheet and top with sliced Swiss cheese. Spread ground beef mixture evenly over the sliced cheese.
Place bottom of rolls on a greased sheetpan. Brush with CGD Seasoned Oil. Layer with sliced ham, swiss cheese and pickles. Brush tops of buns with CGD Seasoned Oil and place on top of ham sandwiches.
