Laredo is no longer under a flood warning, but the Rio Grande continues to rise after days of upstream rain, according to the National Weather Service.

Scenic and mellow, the Taos Valley Overlook Trails offer a quiet mountain bike ride above the Rio Grande. Not a must-do, but worth checking out if you're in the Taos area.
