The Legault government is firing Éric Ducharme, the head of Quebec's automobile insurance board, Radio-Canada is reporting.

Toronto police are asking for witnesses to the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy to come forward as they continue to search for a suspect more than a month after his death.
