“Love Island USA” is back for Season 7. The initial batch of islanders have officially entered the villa, and as of June 3, audiences are along for the ride with new nightly episodes. Peacock revealed the first 10 singles looking for love back in May.

The Peacock reality show announced contestant Yulissa Escobar’s abrupt exit after fans resurfaced clips of her using racial slurs on two different podcasts.

During episode two on Wednesday night, viewers learned Escobar left the villa when series narrator Ian Stirling quickly announced about 18 minutes into the show, “Yulissa has left the villa.” While the reason for her exit had yet to be revealed, it came shortly after clips of her using racial slurs resurfaced online.
