Michael Morales stamped himself as a real threat in the welterweight division with an impressive first-round TKO of Gilbert Burns on Saturday night.

In the UFC Fight Night 256 headliner, Morales (18-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) ran through former welterweight title challenger Gilbert Burns (22-9 MMA, 15-9 UFC) and picked up a TKO victory at 3:39 of Round 1. The fight took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
