More than 200,000 customers remain without power in the Pittsburgh area after a storm brought tornado-level winds Tuesday.

Residents of Ohio and Pennsylvania were cleaning up Wednesday after severe thunderstorms Tuesday evening left thousands without power and caused three deaths.

Severe storms rocked the Pittsburgh area on Tuesday evening, knocking out power to hundreds of thousands of homes as wind gusts up to 70 miles per hour brought down trees and prompted tornado warnings.
