Makeup artist Samantha Suarez and her boyfriend Grey Duddleston filed lawsuits against King, NBCUniversal, Bravo, and production company 51 Minds on February 25

The scandal which saw Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Gary King accused of sexual assault has taken a new turn. In August 2023, Gary was accused by make-up artist Samantha Suarez of sexual misconduct. Samantha alleged the incident occurred during the summer of 2022 before Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4 began filming.

After coming out against Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Gary King in a bombshell Rolling Stone report accusing him of sexual misconduct against women on the cast and crew, former Below Deck production members Samantha Suarez and Grey Duddleston have filed a lawsuit against King,
