There are two WNBA games on the schedule for Tuesday. At 7:30 p.m. ET, the Atlanta Dream host the Indiana Fever. Indiana (4-4) has managed to tread water despite the loss of superstar Caitlin Clark to a quad strain.

Entering Tuesday's game against the New York Liberty, the Sky are not expected to win at all. In fact, ESPN's Matchup Predictor gave them just a 12.1 percent chance to emerge victorious.

This one game saw a 75% increase in ratings for CBS from the 2024 WNBA season. The Fever dominated the Sky with a 79-52 win in the first-ever WNBA game played at the United Center.  It also saw Sky veteran guard Courtney Vandersloot suffering an ACL injury,

The Liberty are one of the WNBA’s two remaining unbeatens. The defending champs are significantly better, but center Jonquel Jones is expected to miss this game. The reigning Finals MVP rolled her ankle in their most recent game and did not return, although the team announced she avoided significant injury.

Courtney Vandersloot’s injury leaves Reese and Cardoso without the present time on-court guidance and leadership from the experienced Sky guard.

In February, the Sky acquired Atkins from Washington in exchange for Sonia Citron, a 2027 first-round swap and a 2027 second-round pick
