A federal judge in Washington ordered Elon Musk’s team and the Office of Management and Budget to begin releasing internal documents “as soon as practicable.”

A federal judge on Monday ordered the government-downsizing team created by U.S. President Donald Trump and spearheaded by billionaire Elon Musk to make public records concerning its operations, which he said had been run in "unusual secrecy.

A federal judge ruled that Elon Musk’s government efficiency project must comply with records demands from a public interest group, rejecting the administration’s position that the office created by President Donald Trump is exempt from a US transparency law.

In an interview with Larry Kudlow, Elon Musk claimed that fraud in Social Security and other major programs was “the big one to eliminate.”
