Fordyce spots are pale, white, or yellow bumps that are 1-3 millimeters (0.04-0.12 inches) in diameter. You may have a few spots or a patch that is made up of multiple spots clustered together.
There are a few types of angiokeratomas - Fordyce, Mibelli, and those associated with Fabry disease. Angiokeratomas aren't harmful or contagious. Their symptoms are mild.
