The three daughters of former Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay—Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson—spoke Tuesday about assuming ownership of the organization after their father's death in late May.

The Indianapolis Colts are beginning a new era, with Jim Irsay’s daughters taking control of the franchise. Irsay died in his sleep in May, which is sad news that the team and their fans are still trying to process,

Gordon, who, along with her two sisters, assumed control of the Colts this week following their father's death, said they approach the job "very seriously."
