Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer will not serve jail time after pleading no contest to misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in a case involving the death of a pedestrian.
Klinghoffer, 45, was charged in the death of Israel Sanchez in March after a collision last year in Alhambra. The Rock Hall inductee was sentenced to 60 days of labor and probation.
