AMHERST, MA. (WGGB/WSHM) - An Amherst Middle School guidance counselor who was fired for allegedly misgendering students has now been reinstated after winning her termination through arbitration.

The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office reports a man pled guilty to a child sex crime in Anderson County.
