Feb 8, 2024 · This happens to me girl! I was 5 weeks 3 days and they could only see a gestational sac. I went the following week at 6 weeks 6 days and there was a gestational sac, yolk sac, fetal pole and a beautiful baby with a flickering heart beat. I now am 8 weeks today

Jan 6, 2024 · It is really early, so it can be hard to see a yolk sac. When I had my ultrasound in the 5th week, they couldn't find a yolk sac either. It wasn't until I was a little over 6 weeks that they were able to find it but even then, it was really hard to find it. Your doctor probably did see it but it was just hard to determine because you are so early.

Mar 1, 2021 · We went in today for our first ultrasound appt! With us and doctors assuming we were 8 weeks according to date of last period which was 1/3/21-1/7. Doctor did a vaginal ultrasound and showed us the gestational sac and we could see the yolk sac. However, baby was not visible which immediately freaked me out.

Oct 3, 2024 · At 5 weeks 2 days yes it was only the sac but no yolk sac which is normal because it’s too early. now I am 6 weeks. HCG at 5 weeks 2 days was 597, then 48 hours later I was at 1479 now 48 i am at 2749. So it’s doubling each time so that’s good

Oct 10, 2020 · Went for ultrasound 2 weeks later and they could only see GS and then again 2 days later saw the yolk sac and was measuring 5w5d they said I’ll probably miscarry but the OB called and said ER doctors can’t determine that and really aren’t supposed to tell me that.
