Dec 12, 2022 · Neither of these are correct. “Yet” is used when you’re anticipating something or to emphasize that something should have happened already. But “are we having fun yet” does not mean “are we already having fun”.

Imagine Dad taking his kids on holiday, to the most boring place in the world, with nothing to do, it's raining, it's cold and he takes the kids on the beach for some fresh air and fun.
